Hendrik Burger

Hendrik Burger is a highly experienced Senior Power Systems Engineer currently employed at Qualus since November 2022. Previously, Hendrik held the position of Senior Federal Electrical Studies Engineer at Black & Veatch, where responsibilities included the design and modeling of Microgrid systems and conducting various power system studies using ETAP simulation software. Hendrik also served as Vice President of Engineering at Dynamic Energy, focusing on renewable energy solutions for clients across the US. Additional roles include Power Systems Engineer at GE and Electrical Engineer positions at WorleyParsons, Reuter & Hanney, and CBI ELECTRIC. Hendrik holds a BEng in Electric Power from the University of Pretoria, earned between 1982 and 1986, along with a high school diploma from SP CR Swart Hoerskool.
