Alireza Sadeghi

Alireza Sadeghi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alireza is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Qualus since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Manager at Qualus from August 2018 to January 2022.

In addition, Alireza has also worked as an Associate at Supersonic Capital since August 2021.

Before these roles, they gained valuable experience at Xeros Technology Group plc, where they served as a Polymer Operations Manager from January 2017 to August 2018. In this role, they successfully established supply agreements with multiple manufacturers, reduced production prices, and managed a team of chemists and operations technicians. Prior to that, they worked as an R&D Chemical Engineer at Xeros Technology Group plc from October 2015 to January 2017.

Alireza Sadeghi holds a PhD degree in Biomimetic Engineering of Micro- and Nanoparticles from The University of Sheffield, which was completed between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an M.Sc degree in Environmental and Energy Engineering from the same university, spanning from 2008 to 2009. Alireza Sadeghi's undergraduate education was at Sharif University of Technology, where they earned a B.Sc degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from 2003 to 2008.

In addition to their academic degrees, Alireza Sadeghi has also earned several certifications. Alireza obtained the Sustainability and Circular Economy Bootcamp for Innovators certification from Buckinghamshire New University in March 2022. In August 2020, they completed the 2020 Venture Cohort certification offered by Future VC. Alireza Sadeghi holds a Sheffield Teaching Assistant (STA) Certificate from The University of Sheffield, which they obtained in February 2013. Additionally, they earned an Environmental Auditing Certificate from the Green Impact Accreditation Scheme in February 2012. Lastly, they obtained an Emergency First Aid at Work certification from the British Red Cross in April 2021.
