Adi Cengic

Adi Cengic is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology and management, currently serving as a Technical Account Manager for SEE at Qualys since March 2024 and an Information Technology Services Manager at Sparkasse Bank dd BiH since January 2021. With a solid background in incident management, service implementation, change request management, and RPA using UiPath, Adi excels at coordinating with development teams and mentoring others. Previous roles include Data Warehouse Architect & Security and Software Developer at Progresys Management & Engineering GmbH, where skills in C#, SQL, and various web technologies were applied. Adi began the career as a Junior Flutter Developer intern at Tech 387 and has interned at Monri Payments and Mrežne tehnologije VERSO d.o.o., gaining extensive exposure to both front-end and back-end development. Adi holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from RIT Croatia, complemented by an exchange program at Northern Bedford.
