Sampada Chaubal

Sampada Chaubal is a legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, finance, and secretarial functions. Currently serving as a Lead at Qualys since December 2020, Sampada previously held the position of Compliance Manager at Altizon Inc. and worked in finance roles at Qualys from April 2015 to February 2020, where responsibilities included handling secretarial, tax, and finance matters. Earlier experience includes serving as Company Secretary at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, managing legal, secretarial, and intellectual property issues for Uth Healthcare Ltd. Sampada holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from DES Law College - Pune University, a Company Secretary qualification from ICSI, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
