Fatima Dryab has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Fatima began their career as an Export Assistant in the biotechnology, newsprint, tabacco, and food industries. In 2006, they became an Executive Assistant at LABTECH FRANCE LTD, where they had a role of Head of Accounting and provided back up to the Sales Director. In 2010, they became an Executive Assistant at EUROPE AVIATION, where they followed-up invoicing for customers, managed technical document administration, and supported technicians for MRO on line. From 2011-2021, they worked at Smiths Detection as a Program Management Officer and Programs & Executive Assistant, where they provided support for organizing events for Senior Leader Team, managed projects for Management Team, and had a PMO role in implementing best practises. Since 2021, they have been at Quandela as a Procurement, IT & Office Manager and Office & Project Manager, where they provide support to the co-founders, manages HR administration, accounting reportings, and leads purchasing and sales administration. Fatima also analyzes, establishes, and follows reportings on various financing programs, and participates in the implementation of the Quality management system with the R&D and production teams.

Fatima Dryab has a varied education history. In 1994-1997, they attended Nancy Marketing, where they earned a DEUG M\u00e9diation Culturelle & Communication in Communication and Media Studies. In 1999-2000, they attended the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Nancy, where they earned an Export Assistant degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce. In 2016, they attended CEGOS to study Project Management (Fundamentals). Finally, in 2017, they attended CEGOS Paris to study Program Management Office.
