Roman Koudous has a diverse work experience in the legal and business consulting field. Roman is currently the Owner & Legal Luminary at Koudous International Law Office, where they provide god-tier legal counsel and business consulting services. Roman is also the Chief Legal Officer at Wiresoft AG, responsible for overseeing the legal matters of the company. Additionally, Roman serves as a member of the Supervisory Board at cubee™ Sachverständigen AG.

In 2020, Roman founded R&T Consulting, a company focused on bridging the gap between Germany and Japan in terms of business advice and execution. Roman also served as the General Counsel at G2 Esports, a renowned esports organization. Prior to these roles, Roman gained experience in corporate law and legal advice in German-Japanese business at Midsize Law - Accounting - Tax firm.

Roman has a passion for promoting collaboration between Japan and Berlin, evident through their role as an Advisor and Mentor at CROSSBIE, a Berlin-based company that brings Japan and the global startup ecosystem together. Roman also served as the Chief Risk Management Officer at Quandoo, where they analyzed risks and provided advice to ensure the company's success and controlled growth.

In addition, they obtained a certification in Japanese Language Proficiency N2 from The Japan Foundation in 2013.
