Uzma H. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Uzma began their career as a Benefits Manager at Duane Reade Inc, where they handled various employee benefits and worked with multiple unions. Uzma then joined Covad Communications as a Benefits Specialist before transitioning to Sunrise Telecom as an HR Manager, where they provided HR support and counsel to US employees. Uzma then joined OutForce LLC as a Human Resources Executive, where they managed multiple startup clients and was responsible for all facets of HR for over 400 employees. Currently, they serve as the Head of Human Resources at Quanergy, where they lead all aspects of HR functions and played a key role in transitioning the company from a private to a public company.
