Anita Cheung

Anita Cheung has a diverse work experience in the field of tax. Anita most recently served as the VP Global Tax at Quanex since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director - International Tax and Transfer Pricing at ChampionX from April 2020 to April 2023. From August 2016 to April 2020, they worked as the Manager, International Tax at Westlake Chemical. Before that, Anita worked as the Associate Director, Tax at Royal Building Products, a Westlake Company from October 2010 to July 2016. Anita also gained valuable experience at Ernst & Young as a Tax Manager from September 2007 to October 2010 and at KPMG Canada as a Tax Manager and Tax Specialist from September 2005 to September 2007 and from January 2002 to September 2005, respectively.

Anita Cheung completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree at the University of Toronto's Rotman Business School from 1998 to 2001. Following that, they pursued their Master of Tax degree at the University of Waterloo from 2001 to 2003. In addition, Anita has obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from AICPA and as a CPA, CA from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).
