Paul Cornett

Paul Cornett is the SVP, General Counsel & Secretary at Quanex Building Products. Paul has held this position since April 2008. Prior to that, they were the Assistant General Counsel at Quanex Corporation from August 2005 to April 2008. Before joining Quanex Corporation, they were an Associate at Fulbright & Jaworski from October 2003 to August 2005.

Paul Cornett received their Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School, where they studied history and sociology. Paul also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rice University in the same disciplines.

They are on a team with Scott Zuehlke - SVP, CFO & Treasurer, Bob Daniels - President, North American Fenestration, and Martin Thurley - CEO, HL Plastics. Paul Cornett reports to George Wilson, President, CEO & Director.
