Kasturi Das

Kasturi Das has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kasturi began their career as a Management Trainee at State Bank of India, where they worked on the establishment of Basic Savings Bank/Deposit Accounts. Kasturi then moved on to Sungard Availability Services as a Software Engineer, where they designed and developed custom-built modules and managed incident and change requests. Kasturi then joined Sutherland as a Senior Software Engineer, working on data management and database engineering projects for healthcare clients.

Following their time at Sutherland, Kasturi worked at Synechron as a Microsoft BI Developer, supporting clients in the FinTech industry such as Morgan Stanley. Kasturi was responsible for collecting functional requirements, designing business intelligence solutions, optimizing data processes, and providing support for critical production data cubes. Kasturi then joined Schlumberger as a Data Engineer, contributing to the migration of ETL processes to Microsoft Azure. Kasturi played a role in scaling the migration project, designing data models, and building UI templates for self-service business intelligence.

Most recently, Kasturi worked at Axtria - Ingenious Insights as a Project Lead-Data Engineer for the client Sanofi. Kasturi assessed technical infrastructure, designed data migration plans, and delivered presentations to stakeholders. Currently, Kasturi is a Senior Data Engineer at Quanta Credit Services, Inc. with a focus on data engineering.

Throughout their career, Kasturi has demonstrated skills in data engineering, solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and business intelligence. Kasturi has experience with various tools and technologies including SQL, SSIS, SAP BPC, and cloud computing platforms.

Kasturi Das completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Information Technology from Symbiosis International University from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained various certifications, including Azure Event Grid from LinkedIn in June 2022, Azure for Developers: Cosmos DB from LinkedIn in May 2022, Azure: Security Best Practices (AZ-204) from LinkedIn in May 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in November 2021. Kasturi also pursued additional certifications in Azure, such as Azure: DevOps Solution – Intermediate (AZ 204) and Azure: Solution Architect - Expert (AZ 305), although the dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
