Kathryn Compton has a diverse work experience in various roles and responsibilities. Kathryn started as a Diabetes Research Frontrunner at De Montfort University in 2013, where they conducted research on CAM's for diabetic patients. Kathryn then transitioned to a Molecular Techniques Frontrunner, gaining expertise in DNA analysis techniques. Moving on to Quanta Dialysis Technologies, Kathryn served as a Test Technician before advancing to Systems Engineer and eventually Lead Human Factors Engineer, where they led the human factors engineering process for medical devices. Throughout their roles, they ensured compliance with regulations and standards, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, and contributed to the enhancement of product usability for patients and healthcare professionals.
Kathryn Compton obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science from De Montfort University, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015.
