Donna Myers

Donna Myers has a strong background in finance and operations, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Donna began their career at Affinity Bank as a Construction Loan Processor II / Closer, where they processed borrower loan documentation and prepared loan closing documentation. Donna then worked at Countrywide Bank- Builder Finance Group as an AVP Relationship Manager, developing new business with infill developers throughout the West and managing portfolios. Donna later joined Bank of Santa Barbara as an AVP Commercial Loan Underwriter, supporting commercial loan officers and analyzing financial packages. Donna then moved to First California Bank as an AVP Credit Analyst II, evaluating creditworthiness and preparing credit memorandums for approval. Donna then transitioned into operations, working at American Homes 4 Rent as the Director of Operations - Alternative Investments and later as the Director of Conversions/Operations. In these roles, they oversaw investor oversight of joint ventures and established policies and procedures for transitioning families out of foreclosed homes. Donna also managed the acquisition process and targeted areas for operational improvement. Donna continued their career at American Mortgage Investment Partners as the VP - Alternative Investments, directly supporting the CEO and specializing in the acquisition of single family non-performing notes. Currently, they are working at Quanta Finance, LLC as the Director Client Operations.

Donna Myers completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Phoenix between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree from Ventura College. In 2016, Donna also obtained a Salesperson certification from the Bureau Of Real Estate.
