Ham Karan Shardha

Ham Karan Shardha is currently an IT M&A - PMO Analyst at Quanta Services, Inc. since February 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Change Enablement Project Manager at Plains All American from September 2023 to January 2025 and as a Junior Project Manager at HCL Technologies from January 2021 to August 2023, responsible for project planning and stakeholder communication. Ham also worked as a Junior Project Manager at Stewart Title, leading projects to improve onboarding processes, and previously held roles as a Business Analyst and End User Support Specialist Intern, where process analysis and documentation were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes consulting for the Houston Women March On website and managing data migration projects for the Executive Service Corps of Houston. Retail experience as a Sales Associate at Dillard's Inc. and JCPenney rounds out Ham's background. Ham holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Houston Community College.
