Kim Riddle

Kim Riddle, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources spanning over two decades, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Quanta Services, Inc. since 2016, where responsibilities include leading all HR functions, managing significant budgetary commitments, and collaborating with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Previous roles include Human Resources Consultant and Vice President of Human Resources at Hercules Offshore, where strategic HR initiatives were developed to enhance organizational performance. Earlier experiences include a Total Rewards Manager position at Deloitte Consulting, as well as key HR roles at St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System and Texas Children's Hospital. Kim Riddle holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Houston.
