Moanica Caston

Moanica Caston serves as the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion at Quanta Services, Inc. since August 2020, bringing extensive experience in leadership roles focused on diversity and legal affairs. Prior to this position, Moanica retired as Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion at Georgia Power Company after serving from January 2011 to December 2016. Moanica also held key positions at Southern Nuclear Operating Company, including Vice President and General Counsel, as well as Director of Human Resources from September 2006 to January 2011. Additionally, Moanica managed workplace ethics at Georgia Power Company from March 2003 to September 2006 and worked in human resources at Progress Energy from 1997 to 2001. Moanica's academic background includes a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Louisiana State University.
