Marco'sresponsibilities at Leonardo included overseeing the after-sale market in Europe, UK, Russia, and Africa, leading a team of 10 account managers and coordinating with logistic and technical departments to provide immediate support to international customers. Throughout their career, Marco has demonstrated their ability to solve complex technical and logistic issues and develop commercial policies to meet customer needs.
Marco Maltagliati completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in the field of Ingegneria aerospaziale, aeronautica e astronautica/spaziale. Marco then pursued their Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the same institution. In 2010, they completed the Industrial Engineering State Examination from Politecnico di Milano. Prior to their university education, they graduated from Liceo Scientifico in 2004. Marco also obtained the certification of "Albo Ingegneri Industriali" in 2011.
