Buddhi de Silva

Buddhi De Silva is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in support and operations engineering. Currently a Support Engineer at Refined since June 2022, Buddhi is responsible for managing support tickets. Prior to this, Buddhi held several roles at CAKE Engineering, including Associate Operations Lead, where leadership of a 24×7 monitoring team for global infrastructure was key, and Senior Operations Engineer, focusing on troubleshooting complex technical issues. Earlier positions include IT Officer at OCYANA Consultants, where Buddhi managed network and server maintenance, and IT Assistant at the National School of Business Management, responsible for website maintenance and e-learning system management. Buddhi holds a postgraduate diploma in Management Information Systems from the University of Colombo and a bachelor's degree from University College Dublin.
