Keith Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, operations management, and technology implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Refined since April 2024, and also holding the title of Operations Lead Nordics at Customer Success Network since December 2021, Keith has previously co-founded HEARTNET and acted as its Chief Commercial Officer.
