Esteban Losada Silva has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Esteban began their career at Cisco Systems as a Sales and Channel Support, where they reported to the Channel Manager and the General Manager and was responsible for updating the virtual tool where business opportunities were found. In 2010, they joined CCX Colombia S.A. as a Junior and Full Negotiator of Purchases and Contracts, where they planned short and mid-term requirements with user areas and led negotiations to obtain benefits. From 2013-2014, Esteban worked as a Consultor for Mining and Oil & Gas at Michael Page - Colombia, where they were responsible for creating and structuring the mining division and generating growth and strengthening strategies for the Oil & Gas Division. In 2016, they joined Oracle as an OD-SMB Business Operations Manager LAD, where they planned with Global Oracle for lines of business in Latin America and represented and lead global projects in the region. From 2018-2019, Esteban worked as an Independent Consultant, where they were responsible for sales strategy and management of all client programs and projects. Currently, they are the Director of Global Sales Operations at Quantela Inc.

Esteban Losada Silva holds a Maestria en Dirección de empresas internacional from Escuela de Negocios de Navarra - Foroeuropeo and an Administrador de Empresas from Universidad del Rosario.
