Shireen Singh

Shireen Singh is the current Lead HR Business Partner at Quantiphi. Shireen has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement.

Singh started their career as an intern at Tata Consultancy Services in 2009. Shireen then went on to work as a Consultant - Talent & Rewards at Willis Towers Watson India from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, they became the Manager of Compensation & Benefits at BIC - Cello Pens (India). Shireen held this position until 2016, when they left to become the HR Manager at Drip Capital.

Singh's tenure at Drip Capital was unfortunately cut short due to layoffs in May 2020. However, their time there was marked by their success in handling HR analytics, HR operations, health & wellness, performance management, employee engagement/recognition, and HR policy design/implementation.

Shireen Singh has an MBA in HR from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, a Bachelor of Commerce from Panjab University, and various certifications from Aon, The State University of New York, and LinkedIn in topics such as rewards readiness, resume writing, employee experience, job structure and design, interviewing techniques, and onboarding.
