Shireen Singh is the current Lead HR Business Partner at Quantiphi. Shireen has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement.

Singh started their career as an intern at Tata Consultancy Services in 2009. Shireen then went on to work as a Consultant - Talent & Rewards at Willis Towers Watson India from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, they became the Manager of Compensation & Benefits at BIC - Cello Pens (India). Shireen held this position until 2016, when they left to become the HR Manager at Drip Capital.
