Julie Prolov's work experience begins in 2005 when they started as an analyst at Quantium, supporting projects across banking, insurance, and financial service clients. During this time, they developed deep analytical skills and technical knowledge. In 2009, they became a Principal at Quantium, co-leading the Customer and Market Insights team and providing consultancy services to clients. Julie'srole involved utilizing unique data assets across retail banking, supermarkets, and media to provide fact-based and data-driven advice. From 2014 to 2018, Julie served as an Executive in Operations, Group Services, and Growth at Quantium, ensuring the alignment and optimization of business processes and applications across all teams and offices. Julie'sresponsibilities included resourcing, IT, marketing, risk and compliance, procurement, and facilities. Following this, from 2018 to 2020, they held the position of HR Executive, focusing on the People & Culture aspect at Quantium. Julie expertly harnessed and strategically applied data for transformational purposes. Currently, Julie Prolov also works as an Advisor to the Board at Elite Team Performance, starting from 2019.

Julie Prolov pursued their education at various institutions, culminating in a strong academic background. From 2002 to 2004, they attended the University of New South Wales (UNSW), where they earned their Bachelor of Commerce degree. During their time there, they focused their studies on Actuarial Studies and Finance. In 2017 and 2018, Julie Prolov further enhanced their education at the prestigious Harvard Business School.
