Shruti Sharma

Shruti Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Shruti most recently worked at Quantium as the Executive Head of Strategy, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Westpac, including Director Group Strategy and Director Advanced Analytics, from October 2018 to September 2022. Before joining Westpac, they worked at Commonwealth Bank as the Executive Manager of Group Advisory from June 2014 to May 2018. Shruti also gained valuable experience at The Boston Consulting Group as a Project Leader from June 2008 to June 2014. Shruti started their career as a Summer Intern at Merrill Lynch in 2007. Prior to that, Shruti worked at Intel India and Intel as a Software Engineer from 2005 to 2006.

Shruti Sharma completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 2001 to 2005. After that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, from 2006 to 2008. In 2007, Shruti also participated in an MBA exchange program at the University of St.Gallen.
