Melissa Brosnan

Melissa Brosnan leads the engineering team at Quantivate, responsible for executing product vision while maintaining high-quality solutions for the customers. She also assesses opportunities for strategic business partnerships. Prior to joining Quantivate in 2021, Melissa held several roles in custom software development teams at Whole Foods Market / Amazon. With over 20 years of technology experience ranging from small firms to global enterprises, she draws upon diverse perspectives to guide Quantivate's technology strategy. A passionate Agile practitioner, Melissa is a frequent participant in professional development and coaching communities such as Humanizing Work. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
