Pinhas Phil Rosenfelder has a diverse work experience in the field of optical communications and engineering. Pinhas Phil started their career as a Product Design Engineer at Foxcom in 1992, where they played a crucial role in establishing the start-up and developing the initial product line. Pinhas Phil then moved on to ECI Telecom in 1994, working as an R&D Engineer in the optical module group, where they designed and developed fibre optic receiver modules for SDH backbone products. In 1996, they returned to Foxcom as a Senior Development Engineer, focusing on fibre optic communications for RF and microwave applications.

In 1998, Rosenfelder joined MobileAccess Networks as a Project Leader, New Technologies, where they were part of the pioneering team that established product lines and provided fibreoptic solutions for the wireless market. After their tenure at MobileAccess Networks, they joined MRV Communications - JOLT FSO Division in 2001, initially as a Project Manager/Development Engineer and later taking on part-time marketing product manager responsibilities. At MRV Communications, they managed a team and designed electronics, including the world's first 10 gigabit wireless solution.

In 2012, Rosenfelder joined Corning Incorporated (Corning Optical Communications) as an Optical Team Leader, leading projects in various fields, such as in-building wireless networks, fibre-based in-building DAS system solutions, optical transport, and novel fibre communication components. Pinhas Phil'sresponsibilities included managing a team supporting fibre communication components for fibre-based distributed antenna systems, designing and implementing test stations, leading the opto-electronic design of Unicam field installable connectors, and supporting optical transport for digital DAS systems.

Most recently, Rosenfelder joined QuantLR as an Electro-optic Engineer in 2021, where they are expected to work on the development and innovation of electro-optic technologies.

Throughout their career, Rosenfelder has demonstrated a strong technical expertise in optical communications, project management, team leadership, and a track record of technological advancements and product development.

Pinhas Phil Rosenfelder completed their education at Machon Lev (Jerusalem College of Technology) from 1988 to 1992, earning a BAScT degree in Physics/Electro-optical Engineering. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including "Business Development: Strategic Planning," "Cert Prep: Scrum Master," "Leadership Mindsets," and "Problem Solving Techniques," all from LinkedIn in August 2020. Furthermore, they received certifications in "Dimensions of Leadership II" from Corning Incorporated in October 2018 and "Dimensions of Leadership I" from Corning Incorporated in June 2015.
