PJ Quiros

PJ Quiros has over 15 years of experience in the contact center industry, specifically with fortune 500 companies in the telecom industry. PJ has managed and built contact centers throughout the US and internationally. In 2015, they joined Quantum 3 Media (Q3M) as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to utilize their expertise in turning lower producing call centers into flagship centers within the industry. Prior to Q3M, PJ served as a Site Director for TZ Insurance Solutions, where they focused on customer acquisition and establishing the company as a leader in the industry. Additionally, they were the Sales Director for Elephant Group from 1999 to 2007. PJ also owns a full-service men's and children's barbershop named Just Bladez Barbershop.
