Deborah Rennie

Deborah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has worked in a variety of UK and international businesses with responsibility for operational HR and HR strategy. In addition, she has undertaken a variety of HR consulting roles focused on transformation projects, including in the not-for-profit sector.

Deborah’s initial insight into elderly care came from the needs and experiences of close family members. She is delighted to have the opportunity to use her skills and experience to support Quantum Care as it continues to evolve to deliver its vital services to the elderly in the communities it serves.
