Ray Smets

Ray Smets currently serves as President and CEO of Quantum Circuits, Inc. since February 2024. Prior to this role, Ray held several senior positions, including CEO and Board Advisor at Napatech, where leadership focused on SmartNIC solutions for data centers from July 2018 until February 2024. In previous roles, Ray was EVP at A10 Networks, where responsibilities included worldwide sales and strategic alliances, and SVP of Worldwide Field Operations at Metaswitch Networks, overseeing sales and international development. Ray's experience also includes significant leadership roles at Cisco Systems, Packeteer, Motorola, Intel Security, and BellSouth, where responsibilities ranged from driving multi-billion dollar business units to initiating startup ventures in technology and internet services. Ray holds an SEP in Management from Stanford University, an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and a BSE in Engineering from the University of Florida.
