Jordan Rodell

Jordan Rodell has a solid work experience, starting in 2011 as an Inside Sales Manager at PCM, where they managed a team of 8 sales reps and focused on increasing sales performance. In 2014, Jordan joined Paysafe Group as a Relationship Manager, acquiring knowledge in various channels and forming strategic alliances. In 2016, they joined Quantum ePay® as a Relationship Manager Supervisor, where they acted as the point of contact for major relationships and ensured agent satisfaction. Jordan then progressed to Director of Operations and is currently serving as the Director of Digital Payments.

Jordan Rodell has a Bachelor's Degree in Religion & Philosophy from California State University, Long Beach, which was obtained between the years 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, Jordan earned an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts: Human and Social Behaviors from Golden West College, where they attended from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Jordan has obtained several certifications. These include the "Merchant Risk Master" certification from LegitScript, which was achieved in April 2022.
