Ivan Keane is an accomplished legal and strategic consultant with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel & Strategic Consultant at Quantum Global Solutions since March 2021, Ivan provides comprehensive legal, regulatory, and business development support to senior leadership. Previously, Ivan held the position of General Counsel/Commercial and Governance Consultant at Lisarb Offshore Limited, focusing on seabed license applications and sustainable supply chains for offshore wind projects. Prior to that, Ivan was Group General Counsel at Charles Taylor Limited, where responsibilities expanded across multiple executive roles within the organization. Ivan is a graduate of Anglia Ruskin University with an LLB Hons in Law and completed solicitor's finals at the College of Law in London.
