Eric Parmenter

Eric Parmenter has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Eric is currently serving as Vice President of Health Systems at Quantum Health since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the CEO of OnSomble from May 2021 to January 2022. Eric also held the position of Vice President, Health Solutions at League Inc. from May 2020 to May 2021.

Before joining League Inc, Parmenter worked at Collective Health as the National Leader of Direct Provider Solution. During their tenure from October 2017 to May 2020, they focused on developing value-based strategies between self-funded employers and leading health systems.

From November 2011 to September 2017, Parmenter served as Market President at Evolent Health, where they led the Employer Solutions practice nationwide and developed proprietary value-based care products and services.

Prior to their roles in Evolent Health and Collective Health, Parmenter held various leadership positions in the healthcare industry, including Vice President of Global Consulting, Senior Principal at HighRoads, Senior Consultant, Principal, and Hospital Industry and Mid-Market Practice Leader at Towers Watson.

Parmenter's career began at Grant Thornton LLP, where they served as the Midwest Practice Leader from June 2001 to February 2005. Eric also worked as Vice President at Benefit Planning Consultants, Inc. from 1999 to 2001.

In addition to their work experience, Parmenter pursued an Executive MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2007 to 2009.

Eric Parmenter holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Business Psychology from The Chicago School, which they obtained from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Business from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2007 to 2009. Their undergraduate studies include a BA in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they completed from 1984 to 1986. Eric Parmenter also graduated from Champaign Centennial High School with a Diploma in 1982. In terms of additional certifications, they have achieved various qualifications such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists in 2005, and the ISCEBS Fellow U.S. 2021 designation from the same institution in 2019.
