Jenny Corotis Barnes

Jenny Barnes, J.D. M.B.A. is the General Counsel and Vice President at Quantum Health, overseeing the Legal Department for a private equity backed healthcare company. Prior to this, Jenny served as Associate General Counsel at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, providing legal services for a large health system. With experience as Senior Counsel at American Electric Power, Division Counsel at Owens Corning, and Counsel at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, Jenny has a strong background in corporate legal matters, mergers and acquisitions, and managing legal teams. Jenny holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance, Economics, and Law, a BS in Marketing, and a JD in Law.
