Jessica Lambie

Jessica Lambie, RDN, LD, CLC, CTTS has a diverse work experience in the field of health and wellness. Jessica has worked as a Health And Wellness Coach Team Lead and Health And Wellness Coach at Quantum Health since 2019. Prior to that, they were a Health Coach at Kurbo, Inc. in 2019. From 2018 to 2018, they worked as a Wellness Coach at GemCare Wellness, where they focused on improving the health and well-being of Employer Group program participants through motivational interviewing techniques and common health goals. Additionally, they have held positions at YMCA of Central Ohio as the Head Start Health and Nutrition Coordinator, where they integrated health education into the Head Start program, delivered health-related training, and addressed individuals' nutritional needs. Jessica also worked with the Children's Hunger Alliance as a Nutrition Education Coordinator, implementing nutrition and physical activity programs and providing support to child care providers, children, and parents. Jessica has further experience as a Registered Dietitian at MyDietitian, providing dietary evaluations and counseling to clients through video conferencing. Jessica has also worked with YMCA of Central Ohio as a Registered Dietitian for their Head Start program. Furthermore, they have worked as a Dietetic Intern at Michigan State University, a Nutrition and Physical Fitness Educator at AmeriCorps, and as a Dietary Aid/Wait Staff at First Community Village.

Jessica Lambie, RDN, LD, CLC, CTTS earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Consumer Sciences from Ohio University in 2010. Jessica completed their Dietetic Internship at Michigan State University from 2011 to 2012. Jessica Lambie is also a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist, having obtained the certification from The Breathing Association in June 2023. Additionally, they hold the certifications of Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), obtained from The Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice in August 2022, and Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), obtained from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in September 2012. Jessica is also licensed as a Dietitian by the Ohio Board of Dietetics and registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
