Mark Knepel

Mark Knepel is an experienced professional in client engagement and care coordination, currently serving as the Director of the Client Engagement Group and Client Success Team Leader at Quantum Health since July 2015. With a strong focus on consumer behavior mapping, Mark has contributed to enhancing client benefits plans and achieving high satisfaction rates. Prior to Quantum Health, Mark held the position of Client Executive at the same company, and from September 2000 to July 2015, worked as a Relationship Manager at Mercer. Mark's career began as an Operations Manager at Digital Horizons from June 1995 to September 2000. Mark holds an MBA in Business from The University of Toledo, where studies were completed between 1998 and 2000, having previously earned an AHS from the same institution from 1992 to 1995.
