Miycol Jones

Miycol Jones has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career as a HR generalist at HFI in 2006 and later became the HR manager for the Ohio region. In 2015, they took on the role of corporate HR manager before joining Bath & Body Works as a HR manager in 2015. Miycol then joined Quantum Health in 2017 as a HR manager and progressed to become the human resources director, where they oversaw various HR functions. Currently, they serve as the senior director for employee experience and growth.

Miycol Jones holds a Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University. In 2024, they attended Cornell University to pursue a degree in Strategic Human Resources Leadership. Miycol also obtained additional certifications, including Nonprofit Board Governance Training from Leadership Columbus in 2023 and Crucial Conversations Trainer from VitalSmarts in 2019.
