Thomas Neal

Thomas Neal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Thomas started their career as a Student Teacher at Merchant Taylors' Schools, where they taught Physics and Mathematics. Thomas then joined Capita, where they held multiple roles including Account Manager, Relationship Manager, and Marketing Executive. Thomas later joined CareTech as the Head of Business Development for the Learning Division. During their time at CareTech, they managed the Business Development team and implemented strategic growth initiatives. Thomas also worked at the NHS as a 'Check-in and Chat' Volunteer. Currently, they are serving as the Commercial Director at Corndel, a fast-growing training business in the UK. Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated a strong focus on business development, strategic planning, client management, and leadership.

Thomas Neal earned their Bachelor's Degree in Physics (Hons) from the University of Liverpool from 2011 to 2014. Thomas then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Leadership & Management from the University of South Wales from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various areas such as Shaping Work of the Future from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles from Harvard University, and a Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management from ILM, all in recent years.
