Sandy Freer has been with Quantum Health for 15 years, starting as Director of Quality Assurance and eventually becoming Vice President of Business Partner Relations. In this role, Sandy is responsible for working with clients' business partners such as TPAs, PBMs and any other client/vendor partnership, with the goal of making all integration points solid and creating a cohesive and seamless working relationship for Quantum Health's clients.
Sandy has also been with CIGNA for 16 years in various roles. Sandy started as Business Process Outsourcing Manager, responsible for the oversight of company’s first outsourced call center in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. Grew site from 100 to 200 agents in one year. Sandy was also directly responsible for the results of a call and claim center comprised of over 400 associates in three geographic locations (Columbus, Atlanta and Des Moines), as well as 200 home-based associates. Additionally, Sandy managed the Pharmacy Customer Service Center in Connecticut and two clinical review sites (AZ and NJ) handling non-formulary and prior authorization drug coverage requests from physicians. Managed $12 million budget.
Sandy Freer has a Bachelor's degree from Wittenberg University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the School of Management at Capital University.
