Shriya Palekar has a diverse work experience that spans various companies and roles. Shriya is currently working at Quantum Health as the Vice President of Product Strategy since 2022. Prior to this, they held several positions at TytoCare, including Associate Vice President of Health Plan Solutions, Senior Director of Provider & Health Plan Solutions, and Director of Provider Partnerships. During their time at TytoCare, they played a crucial role in the company's growth, developing go-to-market strategies, establishing partnerships with health plans and hospital systems, and commercializing new offerings.

Before joining TytoCare, Shriya worked as a Sr. Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where they advised clients on topics such as strategy, operations, transformations, innovation, and M&A. Shriya also conducted due diligence on potential acquisition targets in different sectors.

Shriya's early career involved working at EmblemHealth as a Senior Analyst in Strategic Planning, where they focused on addressing access and quality challenges for low-income populations through operational innovations. Shriya also co-founded a health insurance product aimed at making reliable healthcare more affordable for underprivileged populations in India while serving as a Microinsurance Co-Founder and Indicorps Fellow at Chaitanya Microfinance Trust.

Shriya began their career as an Analyst at Compass Lexecon before taking a break to travel. Shriya holds a strong background in healthcare, strategy, and business development.

Shriya Palekar has completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History (Middle Eastern Studies) from Cornell University. Shriya also pursued studies in International History (Modern Middle East) and Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science. In addition, they have obtained an MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management.
