Tony Saguibo

Tony Saguibo has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Tony started their career in 1997 as the General Counsel at LIUNA Local 368, where they provided legal support and served as an officer and trustee for multiple trusts. In 2006, they moved on to HMSA as a VP until 2015. From 2015 to 2022, Saguibo worked at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, first as the Executive Director West Coast and then as the Managing Director. Currently, they are the Vice President of Sales, Labor at Quantum Health, a position they began in October 2022.

Tony Saguibo attended the University of San Diego School of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government at California State University, Northridge. Tony also returned to the University of San Diego School of Law for an unknown period of time, but it is unclear if they obtained a further degree or field of study.
