Radhika Sivaramakrishna, PhD, PMP, CSSBB, CCRP has a diverse work experience in various leadership and consulting roles in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Radhika is currently the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations and Compliance at Quantum Leap Healthcare Collaborative, where they oversee clinical operations and ensures compliance. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Program Management at Grace Science, LLC, where they managed program delivery. Radhika also co-owned Numeric Insight, Inc., a consulting firm, and served as the Vice President of Project Delivery at Clinical Maestro by Strategikon Pharma. Radhika has extensive experience in project and portfolio management, business process improvement, and clinical operations. Radhika has held executive positions at BioClin Therapeutics, Dynavax Technologies, and Covance, where they led cross-functional teams and managed external collaborations. Radhika has also served on the Board of Directors at SoCRA, a professional association for clinical research professionals.

Radhika Sivaramakrishna, PhD, PMP, CSSBB, CCRP has an extensive education history in the field of biomedical engineering. Radhika obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Madras, where they studied from 1985 to 1988. Following this, they pursued a Masters in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) between 1988 and 1992, specializing in Biomedical Engineering. Radhika's academic pursuits continued at the University of Manitoba, where they earned their Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from 1993 to 1997.
