Naz Heller

Naz Heller has extensive experience in human resources, with a particular focus on management roles. Naz most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP starting in 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of Human Resources at Collins Aerospace for over a decade, from 2009 to 2020. Naz also worked as a Manager of Human Resources and Administration at Toyota Boshoku Canada from 2007 to 2009, as well as Manager of Human Resources at Faurecia Automotive Seating Ltd. from 2006 to 2007. Naz started their career at Martinrea International, where they worked as a Manager of Human Resources from 1999 to 2006. Naz also gained experience as an Employee Relations Representative at Magna International from 1990 to 1996, before transitioning to the role of Manager of Human Resources from 1996 to 1998.

Naz Heller attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from an unknown start year to 2016. They completed the Rotman Executive Programs and specialized in the Strategic Human Resource Management Program. In addition, Naz Heller enrolled at Sheridan College for multiple programs. These programs include the Management Studies Certificate Program, the Ontario Management Development Programs, and Law and Security Administration.
