Théo L. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Support Teacher in Maths and Physics for Complétude. In 2013, they were a Research Intern at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they modeled near-field non-linear optical effects in a nanostructured polymer-based material. In 2014, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Thales and as a Research Intern and Doctorant at the Observatoire de Paris. In 2017, they were a CDD Chercheur (Postdoc) at Laboratoire Kastler-Brossel (ENS). From 2018 to 2022, they held multiple roles at iXblue and INTITEK Pleiades, including Research Development Technical Manager, Technical Manager, and Optical Engineer at Valeo CDA. Currently, they are a Customer Success Physicist at Quantum Machines.

Théo L. began their educational journey in 2008 at Lycée Lafayette Clermont-Ferrand, where they obtained a Classes préparatoire aux grandes écoles PCSI-PSI* in Physics, Maths, Engineering sciences, and Chemistry. Théo then attended Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) from 2011 to 2012, where they earned a Licence (double degree) in Fundamental physics. From 2011 to 2014, they attended Institut d'Optique Graduate School and obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie laser et optique, as well as a Master 2 (M2) in Nanosciences - option nanophysics. Finally, from 2014 to 2017, they attended PSL Research University, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
