Tom Dvir

Tom Dvir has a diverse range of work experience in the field of research and academia. Tom started their career at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2014, where they pursued a PHD until October 2019. After completing their PHD, Tom joined QuTech as a Postdoctoral Researcher in September 2019 and worked there until July 2023. In July 2023, they then moved on to Quantum Machines where they currently work as a Researcher.

Tom Dvir's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. Tom completed their undergraduate studies in 2011.

Following their bachelor's degree, Tom continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Physics between 2011 and 2013.

Motivated by their passion for the subject, Tom pursued further academic achievements and embarked on a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD program in Physics at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2014. Tom'sdoctoral studies concluded in 2020.

Throughout their educational journey, Tom focused their studies exclusively on the field of Physics, obtaining a comprehensive foundation in the subject.
