Shannon Foster

Shannon Foster has worked in a variety of positions since 1998. Shannon began as Associate Counsel at American Business Credit, Inc., where they were responsible for ensuring organizational and corporate compliance with new legislation, assisting with counsel in the continual updates and development of a corporate compliance program, and implementing policies on an as-needed basis. In 1999, they joined Community Impact Legal Services, Inc., where they provided legal representation directly to clients in the areas of Bankruptcy, Consumer Litigation, Contracts, and Predatory Lending. In 2005, they opened their own practice, the Law Office of Shannon Foster, Esquire. In 2012, they became Chief Operating Officer at Quantum Mechanix Inc. (QMx), where they were responsible for Production Management, Logistics, Licensing, Operations, and Legal. Shannon also managed forecasting and contract compliance with major studio partners, including providing accurate and detailed quarterly sales forecasts to studio partners.

Shannon Foster attended Widener University School of Law from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a J.D. in Law. Shannon also attended Arcadia University from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a B.S. in Finance. In October 1998, they were awarded a Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
