Eunice Yo is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success Engineering at Quantum Metric since October 2021, where Eunice has also held roles as Senior Customer Success Engineer and Customer Success Engineer, earning the 2022 Customer Success - Passion, Persistence, and Integrity Award. Prior to this, Eunice worked at CJ Affiliate from October 2019 to October 2021 as a Client Integration Engineer, where significant achievements included receiving the "Innovator of the Year" award in 2020 and delivering technical integrations and training as a Subject Matter Expert. Eunice also has a background as an Associate Client Integration Engineer at General Assembly, completing a Software Engineering Immersive program, and as a Recruiter at Datadog, managing various aspects of the recruiting process. Earlier experience includes campus staff roles at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, where Eunice coordinated large conferences and managed budgets. Eunice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University and completed a full-stack Software Engineering Immersive program at General Assembly.
