Kelli Sparks

Kelli Sparks serves as the Senior Associate General Counsel at Quantum Metric since August 2021, previously holding the title of Associate General Counsel. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Raytheon Intelligence & Space from November 2018 to August 2021, encompassing Supply Chain Advisor, Contracts Manager, and Sr Contracts Negotiator. Kelli has also worked as a Corporate Attorney at Kleinfelder, and as an Associate Attorney and Law Clerk at Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman LLP. Early legal experience includes a Law Clerk position at the U.S. Attorney's Office and a Judicial Extern role with Superior Court of California. Kelli's educational background includes a Doctor of Law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, along with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and minors in English and History from the University of San Diego.
