Lucian Livadaru is a Senior Research Scientist at Quantum Silicon Inc. since February 2013, focusing on the prototype-level development of atomic-scale, ultra-low-power alternative computing devices intended to surpass the performance and efficiency of CMOS integrated circuits. Additionally, Lucian Livadaru has been a Research Associate at the University of Alberta since October 2010. Lucian Livadaru holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from Dalhousie University.
