Deepak Pawar, CSM®

Deepak Pawar has a solid work experience in various roles and industries. Deepak currently works as an Assistant Project Manager/Sr. Business Analyst at Quantum Strides LLC since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at JLL Technologies from 2018 to 2023, where they held the role of Project Manager/Scrum Master/Sr. Business Analyst. In this position, they led multiple accounts with an average annual budget of $2 million, converted accounts to a single vendor, and brought in new projects from existing clients. Deepak also served as a Business Analyst Associate and Digital Solution Management at JLL Technologies, where they acted as a project manager for various projects and contributed as a junior architect for products/solution accelerators.

Before their tenure at JLL Technologies, Deepak worked at ValuD Consulting LLC from 2015 to 2018 as a Business Analyst. Their responsibilities included creating Functional Design Documents (FDD) for web-based IWMS IBM TRIRIGA web services tool, assisting developers in understanding requirements, and scheduling internal and client build reviews.

Deepak began their career as a Management Trainee at ETH Limited in 2013, where they elicited and documented requirements for a Scrumban System Implementation. Deepak also utilized Six Sigma concepts for process improvement and coached a distributed team on Agile methodologies.

Earlier in their career, Deepak worked as a Software Developer/Project Coordinator at Unicon Computer Technology from 2011 to 2012. In this role, they acted as the primary contact for clients and developers, and they designed algorithms, data flow, and solutions for clients and development teams.

Deepak Pawar, CSM®, has a comprehensive education history that includes various degrees and certifications. Deepak pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Computer Systems Analysis from Sinhagad Institute Of Management and Computer Application between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Technology from PES COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING from 2006 to 2011.

In their earlier education, Deepak attended S.B. College of Science, where they obtained a Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C.) in 2006, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology. Before that, they completed their Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.) in Science from S.B. High School in 2004.

Adding to their academic achievements, Deepak Pawar has also obtained several certifications. Deepak is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) accredited by the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in October 2021.
