Anthony Miles

Anthony Miles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anthony currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at QuantumScape since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Roche from 2017 to 2021, where they held the roles of Procurement Category Manager-Contingent Workforce (Region Americas Lead) and Manager, Talent Acquisition (R&D + Software). In these positions, they led a highly talented and technical recruitment team, focusing on areas such as software development, IT, and research & development.

Before joining Roche, Anthony was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Ernie Green Industries from 2015 to 2017. At this company, they oversaw the manufacturing and value-added services for various industries, including automotive, medical, energy, and life sciences.

From 2012 to 2015, Anthony worked as a Recruiting Manager at Tailored Management, where they managed recruiting activities. Prior to that, they served as a Trade Marketing Representative at RJ Reynolds from 2011 to 2012, where they managed over 120 accounts and developed marketing strategies for increasing market share.

Starting their career in 2006, Anthony worked as a Sales Representative at State Farm Insurance until 2011, where they focused on sales activities.

Throughout their career, Anthony has demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition and management, with a particular emphasis on technical positions and strategic planning.

Anthony Miles attended the University of Kentucky from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology.
