Pamela Fong

Pamela Fong has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Their most recent role is as the Chief of Human Resources at QuantumScape since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PDF Solutions from 2016 to 2022, where they held the position of Vice President of Global Human Resources. In this role, they led global HR efforts, focusing on operational efficiency and maintaining flexibility as the company grew. From 2012 to 2016, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at FIT Electronics, Inc., a multinational electronics tech company. At FIT, they were responsible for strategic HR activities, including talent acquisition and engagement. Pamela also has experience at NUMMI, a joint venture between Toyota and General Motors, where they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer/General Manager, overseeing all HR activities. Pamela additionally served as the Assistant General Manager of the Finance Department at New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc. (NUMMI) during the same period. Their earlier work experience includes a role as a Senior Financial Analyst at The Clorox Company from 1990 to 1994. Throughout their career, Pamela has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic vision in the field of human resources.

Pamela Fong completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Accounting from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Pamela then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. In 2011, they obtained a Certificate in Public Management - PMP from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
