Manufacturing Equipment Engineer (controls) at QuantumScape

Saleha Ahmad has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Saleha is currently working at QuantumScape as a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer (Controls) since May 2021. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Student at San Jose State University from August 2018 to December 2020. Saleha also completed an internship at Tesla as an Intern Core Automation & Technical Program Manager from September 2019 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked at Siemens Ltd as an Executive Engineer from August 2014 to July 2018. At Siemens, they gained experience in designing and testing Distributed Control Systems for power plants, implementing Human Machine Interfaces, and developing control panel layouts.

Saleha Ahmad completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia. Saleha attended this institution from 2010 to 2014. Later, in 2018, they enrolled at San Jose State University, where they are currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial Engineering. Their studies at San Jose State University are ongoing, and they have not yet completed their degree. In addition to their educational background, Saleha Ahmad holds certifications as a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in October 2020, and as a Beckhoff Automation professional from Beckhoff Automation, obtained in November 2019.
